Special Olympics New Zealand is a sports organisation that provides training and competition opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities, in 13 sports, throughout New Zealand.
Based in Auckland, you will report to the Wellington based RSC Director, and have two direct reports. We are looking for someone to lead and inspire in the greater Auckland region to deliver sports opportunities and experiences to people with an intellectual disability. You will be responsible for supporting regions, clubs and schools to deliver quality and sustainable sports programmes for their athletes and building depth around volunteer and coaching capability across the region.
